The ideal candidate will have a solid background in backend development, a good understanding of microservices architecture (preferred), and experience working with relational databases (RDBMS).Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features- Work on optimizing backend systems for performance and scalability- Ensure high code quality and maintainability through code reviews and best practices- Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a timely mannerRequirements : - 8+ years of experience in backend development- Strong proficiency in Python- Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar web frameworks- Good understanding of microservices architecture (nice to have)- Solid experience with RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills- Ability to work full-time from the Bangalore office (5 days/week) Immediate joiners or candidates who can join in September 2025 (ref:hirist.tech)
