Senior Backend Developer

About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with strong experience in building scalable, high-performance, and secure backend systems. The ideal candidate should be passionate about clean architecture, writing robust code, and optimizing backend performance.Note: We are not looking for candidates from JavaScript/Node.js backgrounds — expertise in other backend technologies is preferred.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases.- Architect scalable solutions and contribute to system design discussions.- Optimize performance and ensure system reliability, security, and fault tolerance.- Integrate third-party APIs and internal services.- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure coding best practices.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.- Collaborate closely with product, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development.- Proficiency in one or more non-JS backend technologies, such as:- Java / Spring Boot- Python / Django / FastAPI / Flask- Go / Gin- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).- Good grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design concepts.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Good to Have:- Experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.- Knowledge of testing frameworks and writing unit/integration tests.- Familiarity with DevOps practices and monitoring tools.- Education
