Business Strategist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Strategist to drive our financial operations and growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership across finance functions, applying innovative thinking to automation and intelligence in finance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive quarterly and annual budget plans aligned with company goals and margin targets using data-driven tools.
  • Develop advanced forecasting models for revenue, costs, and cash flow.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and provide real-time insights using analytics software.
  • Drive variance analysis, scenario planning, and cost-benefit assessments for strategic decisions.
  • Design reporting frameworks and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Promote financial discipline and ownership across teams.
  • Manage cash flow to support business continuity and expansion.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align financial goals with overall business strategy.
  • Own monthly management reports, board decks, and leadership updates.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or MBA from a top-tier institution.
  • Previous experience in business finance is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
