Are you a driven sales professional seeking a new challenge? As a Sales Development Representative for our HR Tech firm, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads and driving pipeline growth in high-potential markets like India, Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead quotas in B2B sales, preferably with exposure to Indian and Southeast Asian markets. Experience in sales development or lead generation within the HR Tech sector is highly valued.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and generating high-quality leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels targeting HR professionals and decision-makers in India and Southeast Asia
  • Qualifying inbound leads by assessing fit with our HR Tech solutions, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), employee engagement tools, and AI-driven HR analytics
  • Scheduling demos and meetings for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff with detailed lead notes
  • Conducting market research on HR Tech trends in the region, identifying opportunities in sectors like IT, manufacturing, and fintech
  • Collaborating with marketing to refine lead generation strategies tailored to cultural and regulatory nuances in India and Southeast Asia
  • Tracking and reporting on lead metrics using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to optimize performance

In this role, you will be working closely with our global sales team to drive pipeline growth and develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. A deep understanding of our HR Tech products and how they address regional challenges is essential.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3-7 years of experience in sales development or lead generation within the HR Tech sector
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead quotas in B2B sales, preferably with exposure to Indian and Southeast Asian markets
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi, Bahasa, or other regional languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and email automation software
