Our team is seeking an HR tech professional to manage and optimize our HRMS platform, leveraging data for people insights and championing the use of Generative AI tools in HR. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on end-to-end configuration, workflows, and modules on Darwinbox or similar HRMS platforms.

About the Role
  • We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in HR Operations and HRMS who can serve as the HRMS subject matter expert and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for enhancements and issue resolution.
  • This position requires accurate and timely updates of employee lifecycle data including onboarding, movements, exits, benefits, BGV etc. Maintaining system hygiene and data integrity across modules including Recruitment, Performance, Time Management, and Core is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and exposure to or interest in using Gen AI tools in HR contexts. They should be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, HRMS (Darwinbox experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is essential.
  • Exposure to or interest in using Gen AI tools in HR contexts is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
