Job Title: Senior Integration Developer - Cloud and Hybrid Expert

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB).

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ESB, API development, message flows, and ESQL, along with experience in cloud and hybrid integrations. They should also be familiar with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), as well as containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Integration Solutions: Using ACE/IIB, design and develop integration solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop Message Flows and Transformations: Develop message flows, ESQL, Java, and XSLT transformations for seamless data exchange.
  • Implement APIs and Microservices: Implement REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and microservices using ACE.
  • Configure Messaging Systems: Configure IBM MQ, Kafka, and other messaging systems for event-driven integrations.
  • Work on Cloud-Based Integrations: Work on cloud-based integrations like IBM Cloud, Azure, and hybrid deployment models.
  • Troubleshoot and Optimize Performance: Troubleshoot and optimize performance bottlenecks in ACE/IIB applications.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 6+ Years of Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using IIB/ACE.
  • REST/SOAP APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger: Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger.
  • Cloud Platforms and Containerization: Familiarity with cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • DevOps Practices: Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git).

Certifications: IBM Certified Integration Developer (ACE/IIB) is a plus.
