Job Description
A Key Account Manager is responsible for handling client accounts in a company. These accounts make up the highest percentage of the company's income, and the key account manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. They resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
• Anticipating the client's needs and working within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met
• Bringing in new business from existing clients or contacts and developing new relationships with potential clients
• Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
• Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
• Handholding with customers until revenue realization

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening, and good presentation skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Experience in handling key accounts

Salary
₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month
