
Marketing Technology Strategist

As a Programmatic Lead, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for managing day-to-day campaign performance across Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and related platforms. You will coordinate campaign executions across regions, serving as the primary point of contact with agency and platform stakeholders.
This role entails:
- Managing campaigns on DSPs through optimization strategies, campaign insights, monitoring, and adjusting pacing to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
- Working with the agency team to develop best-in-class solutions based on available technology
- Overseeing media tracking and analytics setup and implementation
- Communicating daily format, screen, and inventory performance to clients and agencies as needed
- Understanding and describing bottom-up planning, how client goals and KPIs relate to platform activation strategies/tactics across the funnel
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 4-6 years of experience managing programmatic campaigns for large clients
- Expert-level knowledge of digital programmatic buying with hands-on experience using demand-side platforms (DV360/TTD/Amazon DSP preferred)
- Working knowledge of the holistic digital landscape: video, display, social, programmatic, and marketing analytics
- Able to describe all possible KPIs and how they fit into the customer journey
- Comfortable thinking strategically and analyzing performance in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to organize and consolidate data sources for analysis
