  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in financial operations, trade execution, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support our global trade execution teams. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Trade Execution Support: Provide administrative support to the trade execution teams, including preparation of documentation, issuing LCs, and reviewing incoming LCs.
  2. Invoicing and Cash Flow Management: Manage invoicing for paper and physical trades, maintain Statements of Accounts, and assist with month-end closing activities.
  3. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare stock reports, compile traceability reports, and manage cargo insurance and charterers liability declarations.
  4. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Handle KYC and sanction clearance processes, respond to accounting, audit, and compliance-related queries, and process LOI cancellations.
