Strategic Talent Acquisition Professional

  • Hiring Strategy & Planning: Work closely with departmental managers to develop strategies that align with business growth objectives.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong network of qualified active and passive candidates to ensure quick access to top talent when new roles open up.
  • Employer Branding & Outreach: Engage with local career fairs to enhance employer branding and attract diverse talent.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in corporate or internal recruitment.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems, recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
