About the Job:

  • Deliver exceptional investment services to clients by executing equity and derivatives trades in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure timely order placement through robust trading platforms.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of real-time market movements to provide informed insights for client decision-making.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH RETAIL AND HNI CLIENTS TO OFFER CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
  • Analyze client investment goals, risk appetite, and financial needs to develop personalized recommendations.
  • Share expert knowledge on equity markets, trading opportunities, and investment strategies to support client growth.
  • Recommend suitable financial products and portfolio adjustments based on market conditions.
  • Achieve individual and branch-level revenue targets through effective sales and marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on economic trends, corporate actions, and market developments to provide actionable advice.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Economics.
  • NISM Series VIII certification is highly valued.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in equity dealing, trading, wealth management, or related roles.

  • CUSTOMER-CENTRIC APPROACH WITH A CONSULTATIVE SALES STYLE.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential.
  • High attention to detail; ability to work effectively under pressure.

Required Skills:

  • IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF EQUITY MARKETS AND TRADING PLATFORMS (E.G., NSE NOW, ODIN, ETC.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and trends.
