Business Intelligence Specialist Role: We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our investment team as a Business Intelligence Specialist. The primary focus will be on supporting investment decisions and monitoring investments made into startups and privately held US companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry deep-dives on startups and private companies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions.
  • Prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and reports for internal committees.
  • Track portfolio company performance, KPIs, and prepare monitoring dashboards.
  • Assist with due diligence (financial, operational, and market).
  • Collaborate closely with the investment team in the US, ensuring alignment with their time zone.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA / CFA preferred but not mandatory). 2–5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
  • Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote setting.
