Telecom Cloud Manager Position

The demand for skilled professionals in cloud-based contact center solutions is high. We are looking for experienced Telecom Managers who can enhance customer interactions, streamline operations, and leverage technology to drive business success.
This role involves collaborating with senior management to develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include establishing implementation strategy and metrics-driven processes to ensure quality of delivery and uptime of IT infrastructure. This includes negotiating with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure and manage infrastructure-related products and services.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and over 10 years' experience in the industry. A background in team management and project implementation is essential, while certifications in contact center management or NICE CXone platforms are advantageous.
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct testing to detect faults
- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements
