Job Overview

The Cloud Support Manager oversees the planning and execution of customer-centric projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with senior team members to strategize and execute projects and initiatives.
  • Manage meetings, document interactions, and follow up on actions and next steps.
  • Create, update, and present project plans to ensure timely delivery.
  • Foster a positive team environment by empowering, motivating, and building trust among team members.
  • Set goals for team members and present weekly progress reports.
  • Exercise good control over the work management process to adapt and course correct with agility.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Industry-recognized certifications in management space.
  • Knowledge of cloud concepts and products used by financial institutions.

Desirable Skills:

  • Multiple years of experience working with customers and partners.
  • Domain knowledge of banking and financial institutions.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of technical implementations, deployments, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role requires strong leadership, technical, and communication skills to manage a team and deliver business value as part of daily work management.
