**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned SAP HCM Payroll expert to lead our HR and payroll solutions for clients. As a key team member, you will shape the future of these solutions by leveraging your technical knowledge and functional expertise.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Configure and support SAP Payroll, including schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll results.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, from payroll run to simulation, posting to finance, and year-end activities.
  • Collaborate with Time Management and PA/OM teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including functional specs, test cases, SOPs, and payroll calendars.

**Requirements:**

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Payroll schemas, rules, infotypes, and RT/TCRT tables.
  • Hands-on experience in integration with SAP FI, Time Management, and external payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of PA, OM, and Benefits modules is a plus.
