Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project planning and execution by coordinating activities needed to execute new processes and standards.
  • Support the roll-out, training and support of new processes and standards to ensure success.
  • Document and define requirements gathering approach and translate stakeholder requirements into various deliverables.
  • Drive adoption across all levels of the organization through change management and enablement.
  • Analyze current state and desired to-be state of focus areas/workstreams and provide actionable insights and practical recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional technical experience with demonstrated progression of responsibilities in technology roles, business analyst or business system analyst, technical project management, process design and implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience running group workshops or facilitation sessions.
  • Strong business and technology acumen and organizational agility.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in an omni-channel retail environment.
