IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging and future-oriented role that requires someone who can manage and maintain complex systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and troubleshooting Windows servers, desktops, and enterprise applications. They will also implement IT security policies, patch management, and data backup strategies.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and user account lifecycle
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows servers OS (2016/2019/2022), desktops, and enterprise applications
  • Implement IT security policies, patch management, and data backup strategies
  • Support networking, IPBX systems, and endpoint devices to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, AD, GPO, and Office 365 administration
  • Basic knowledge of server hardware, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud (Azure/AWS)
  • Working knowledge of scripting (PowerShell/Bash) for automation is a plus
