Deputy Vice President Cyber Innovation Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead the innovation and simulation lab, fostering a culture of experimentation, prototyping, and applied research.

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy to drive innovation aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Design an innovation and research lab with state-of-the-art facilities.
  • Establish a framework for research and innovation activities, including infrastructure enablement, operational models, outcome measurement, and more.
  • Build strategic relationships for implementation and operations of the lab.
  • Ensure efficient operation, effective resource allocation, and project management practices.
  • Monitor progress of research initiatives and innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define Innovation Strategy: Develop a comprehensive strategy to drive innovation aligned with organizational objectives.
  2. Lead Research Lab: Design an innovation and research lab with state-of-the-art facilities.
  3. Establish Framework: Establish a framework for research and innovation activities, including infrastructure enablement, operational models, outcome measurement, and more.
  4. Build Strategic Relationships: Build strategic relationships for implementation and operations of the lab.
  5. Drive Efficiency: Ensure efficient operation, effective resource allocation, and project management practices.
  6. Monitor Progress: Monitor progress of research initiatives and innovation projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of various cybersecurity domains in futuristic cybersecurity technologies, emerging trends, and disruptive technologies.
  • Proven experience in leading or supporting innovation initiatives, including ideation, prototyping, and product development.
