Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Ecosystem Operations team. This role will be responsible for supporting both internal channel teams and external partners by responding to and managing inbound requests and inquiries related to the Nextwave partner program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. They will also possess experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating complex business processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support to the Nextwave partner program, including responding to inbound requests from channel partners and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex business process issues
  • Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead and support the development of training materials and enablement programs for channel partners

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in customer service, operations, or sales support
  • Skillset: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in G-suite, ServiceNow, and SFDC
