Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT infrastructure specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network resources.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Performs installation and maintenance of hardware, software, and network resources necessary for task execution (desktop/laptop computers, tablets, phones, printers, etc.), including ensuring the necessary software is available;

  • Assigns specific user rights within the ERP system;

  • Responds promptly to reported user issues (equipment, software, network problems) to efficiently resolve user disruptions;

  • Performs daily system checks (servers, networks, etc.);

  • Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues related to computer systems, network connectivity, and software applications.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite;

  • Knowledge of network protocols and architecture;

  • Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting and repair;

  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems;
