Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Manager to join our sales team for the prestigious Faridabad Eye project. You will be responsible for converting company-generated leads into successful sales, building lasting client relationships, and delivering a high-end buying experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
1) Handle qualified leads provided by the company — initiate calls, follow up, and nurture prospects.
2) Plan and conduct site visits for potential buyers.
3) Present the project features, amenities, and investment benefits in a persuasive and professional manner.
4) Negotiate terms and close high-value deals.
5) Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems regularly.
6) Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and sales performance.
Requirements
1) Proven experience in real estate sales (luxury/high-value projects preferred).
2) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3) Strong follow-up ability and a results-driven mindset.
4) Comfortable with CRM tools and lead management.
5) Ability to work on weekends and during peak sales hours, as required.
