Internal Audit Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Internal Audit professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business process review, risk and control assessment, and internal audit.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing internal audit assignments, preparing risk-based audit plans, and reviewing the work of team members. They will also be expected to present audit results to senior management and track the implementation of audit recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal audit assignments for clients in the BFSI sector
  • Prepare risk-based audit plans and scope of work programs
  • Support teams in fieldwork and review the work of team members
  • Prepare audit reports and discuss them with functional heads
  • Finalize reports and submit them to senior management
  • Present audit results to pre-audit committees
  • Track and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations
  • Lead projects initiated within the team

Requirements:

  • CA/ MBA or any graduate degree
  • 3-6 years of experience in internal audit
  • Ability to manage teams and perform reviews independently
  • Good oral and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
  • Experience with SOX compliance
  • Ability to interact with all levels of client management
