Internal Audit Specialist

As an Internal Audit Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple concurrent projects focusing on internal audit, process consulting, risk consulting, and other related solutions. Your goal will be to ensure successful delivery from initiation to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Leadership: Providing effective leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Team Supervision: Fostering the development of team members and ensuring project objectives are achieved.
  • Project Execution: Taking full responsibility for meticulous project execution, including planning, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Profitability & Quality Assurance: Ensuring the profitability of all assigned projects and maintaining the highest standards of quality in deliverables and client interactions.
  • Adherence to Project Plan: Strictly adhering to agreed-upon project plans, timelines, and scope, proactively identifying and addressing any deviations.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously in areas such as internal audit, process consulting, or risk consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of project execution principles, including planning, quality assurance, and adherence to project plans.
  • Experience in ensuring project profitability and quality.
  • Ability to assist in managing project-related risks.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, serving as a primary point of contact.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

This role requires extensive travel to client locations both within India and internationally as required by project demands.
