About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have at least 10-15 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development. Proficiency in Sinatra and microservices-based architectures is also required.

A strong understanding of messaging/streaming platforms such as Kafka, ZooKeeper, and Thrift-like systems is essential. Additionally, experience with search tools like SOLR and cloud infrastructure including AWS services is necessary.

Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting abilities are crucial for this position. Moreover, expertise in security practices including bot mitigation using Cloudflare is preferred.
