
International Sales Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced International Sales Professional to drive our sales growth across India and European markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering products such as compressors, pumps, valves, and heat exchangers. S/he must have demonstrated success in achieving/exceeding international sales targets and possess strong mechanical engineering knowledge with international field sales expertise.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Drive international sales growth across India and European markets.
- Solicit RFQs from customers and ensure timely, accurate quotations.
- Identify and develop new projects/customers through onsite visits, cold calls, and networking.
Requirements:
- Essential Experience:
- Minimum 10-15 years of industrial sales experience required.
- Minimum 6 years in field sales with customer visits, cold calls, technical discussions, and negotiations.
- Proven track record of international sales with direct field visits, negotiations, and closing deals in overseas markets (preferably Europe).
Key Skills:
- Mechanical Engineering Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of engineering products such as compressors, pumps, valves, and heat exchangers.
Communication and Negotiation Skills:
- Persuasive communication and negotiation skills with multicultural clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in handling Power, Oil & Gas, and EPC customers across India and Europe.
