Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Chennai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of DRI's product portfolio, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves meeting potential clients, understanding their needs, offering suitable solutions, handling technical inquiries, and facilitating the sales process from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Sales skills
- Technical Support and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the HVAC&R industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
