Job Title: Technical Leader

About the Role:

This is a highly influential position that plays a key role in developing and maintaining large-scale real-time digital platforms.

  • We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our Kafka-based platform.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and be able to drive short-term and long-term solutions to critical issues.
  • They will work closely with technology architects to implement strategic solutions and provide leadership to engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and maintain large-scale real-time digital platforms using Kafka.
  2. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and lead the fixing of critical issues.
  3. Collaborate with technology architects to implement long-term solutions.
  4. Provide technical guidance and oversight to engineer teams.
Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing large-scale real-time systems.
  • Proficiency in distributed systems, messaging paradigms, and real-time data streaming.
  • Familiarity with Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, and REST Proxy.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
