Job Title: Inventory Management Specialist

As an experienced Stores & Inventory professional, you will be responsible for managing materials efficiently through the entire indenting–procurement–receipt–issue cycle. Your extensive knowledge of computerized store operations in large-scale manufacturing environments will be a valuable asset to our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of fully computerized store operations using advanced Electronic Data Processing systems.
  • Management of monthly store closing accounts, including WIP, store inventory, and liabilities.
  • Coordination of material flow, ensuring timely availability to all user departments while maintaining quality standards as per BOM.
  • Conducting indent planning, order scheduling, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to support operations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory control, SAP (MM & QM modules), scrap disposal, ISO 9001 procedures, and materials codification.
  • Ability to set inventory levels using minimum, reorder, and maximum stock principles based on consumption patterns.
  • Familiarity with ABC Analysis, Perpetual Inventory, and Selective Stocktaking for effective control.
  • Skill in implementing Just-in-Time (JIT) procurement practices to minimize holding costs.

  • Management of procurement through SAP SRM, enabling cost-efficient sourcing and enhanced vendor collaboration.
