Job Title: HR Transformation Lead

The role involves partnering with the business and HR function to support process transformation and technology enablement.

  • Partner with stakeholders to define process transformation and technology enablement strategies
  • Lead the transition of HR work into regional locations
  • Oversee readiness activities such as knowledge transfer, resource ramp-up, and documentation standardization
  • Coordinate process stabilization post-transition
  • Develop and implement transition governance frameworks

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring minimal disruption to the business and employees during the transition phase. They will also provide oversight and thought leadership throughout implementation of GBS HR Operations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR management
  • Strong background in HR management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
