Job Overview

The Clarks Hotels & Resorts is seeking a seasoned security professional to lead its safety and security initiatives across all properties. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Comprehensive Security Policies: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures across all properties.
  • Risk Assessment and Crisis Management: Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate potential threats. Develop and oversee emergency response procedures to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and assets.
  • Property-Level Security Oversight: Establish and monitor security standards for each property, ensuring adherence to security policies. Work closely with General Managers and property security teams to address on-ground security needs.
  • Team Management and Training: Lead, mentor, and develop security teams across properties, fostering a culture of vigilance and discipline. Design and conduct training programs on security awareness, emergency response, and operational security procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Security Management or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in security management or a related field is required.
  • Proven Experience in Senior Security Role: Proven experience in a senior security role with a minimum of 15 years of experience in security management, including roles with oversight responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of security operations, risk management, crisis management protocols, and proficiency in security technology and software. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

This salary range is estimated based on industry standards and takes into account the complexity of the role, the location, and the level of experience required.
