Job Role: Financial Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting and Reconciliation Management:

We seek a skilled financial operations specialist to manage our accounting processes, ensuring timely preparation and verification of purchase and sales bills, cash control, voucher preparation, daily transaction entries in accounting books/ERP, creditors management, and vendor payments via NEFT/RTGS.

  • LC Documentation and Bank Liaison:

The ideal candidate will handle LC documentation, liaison with bankers for daily operations, and preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements (BRS).

  • Salary and Attendance Management:

Responsibilities include salary and wages computation, maintaining salary and attendance registers, and monthly stock statements preparation for banks (cash credit facility).

  • Financial Reporting and Compliance:

This role requires assistance in finalizing accounts (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow), drafting official letters related to accounts and statutory matters, and preparation of MIS reports for management.

  • Statutory Compliances:

Our team needs a professional who can ensure TDS computation & payment, e-filing of returns, issuing Form 16/16A, advance tax computation, ITR filing, GST registration, amendments, challan generation, filing of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B, annual returns, refunds, audits, and E-Way bills.

  • Pension Fund and Employee State Insurance:

The successful candidate will be responsible for PF & ESI: Monthly contributions, UAN generation, transfers/withdrawals, employee registration under PF/ESI, and legacy compliances including VAT/CST, Excise Duty – filing, reconciliations, and audit support.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Professional Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably Master's degree in Commerce or specialization in Finance/Accounts is required.

  • Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance is essential. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems is also necessary.

Excellent analytical skills are required to perform tasks efficiently.
