HR IT Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR IT project manager to lead our global SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects. As a technical consultant, you will oversee the implementation of the system, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and compliance with governance standards.

This involves managing multiple stakeholders, creating project plans, status reports, and risk assessments, as well as preparing and leading workshops, presentations, and decision-making sessions. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to project teams and business stakeholders, recommending optimal technical solutions based on best practices and system architecture.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee full-cycle implementations (timeline, budget, quality)
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (HR, IT, external partners)
  • Create and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk assessments
  • Ensure compliance with governance, change management, and organizational standards
  • Prepare and lead workshops, presentations, and decision-making sessions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required
  • Several years of experience in managing HR IT projects, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Proficiency in both agile and traditional project management methodologies
  • Experience with international rollouts, preferably in Europe
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Intercultural competence and experience working in multinational project teams
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style

Technical Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors EC

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with a minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations under their belt. They should also have experience in technical consulting and solution architecture within the SuccessFactors ecosystem, as well as proficiency in interface integration and reporting tools.

A successful candidate will be able to analyze complex requirements and deliver scalable, sustainable solutions, with a strong ability to build and share knowledge effectively through documentation, training, and coaching.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own the technical implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Act as a trusted advisor to project teams and business stakeholders, recommending optimal technical solutions
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Design and implement integrations with local systems (e.g., payroll, time management)
  • Conduct testing, issue resolution, and release management
