Contract and Invoicing Manager

This is a senior-level role that oversees the contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global SaaS agreements, ensuring compliance with finance policies, revenue recognition standards, service provisioning and legal requirements.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing contracts, invoicing and financial operations teams, with a strong understanding of SaaS contracts, invoicing workflows, revenue recognition and compliance frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the complete contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global SaaS agreements.
  • Financial & Compliance Oversight: Ensuring compliance with finance policies, revenue recognition standards, service provisioning and legal requirements.
  • Invoicing & Billing Management: Leading the invoicing team to ensure timely, accurate and compliant customer billing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Acting as a liaison between Finance, Sales, Legal and RevOps for seamless contract-to-cash execution.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business; MBA is a plus.
  • 10–14 years of experience in finance, contracts management, invoicing or revenue assurance in SaaS/B2B.
  • 2–3 years of experience leading contracts/invoicing/finance operations teams.
  • Prior exposure to cross-functional project delivery and system implementations is a plus.
