Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will develop, automate, and execute unit and functional tests to guarantee that our applications meet the highest standards.

You will design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs, focusing on creating robust and scalable backend services. Additionally, you will build, optimize, and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications and APIs using industry-standard tools and best practices.

Collaboration is key in this position. You will work closely with development, QA, and product teams to identify test requirements and implement effective test strategies. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be invaluable in analyzing test results, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely feedback to improve product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • C# Expertise: Deep knowledge of C# programming language, including software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Test Automation: Proven experience developing, automating, and executing unit and functional tests.
  • RESTful API Design: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Python Scripting: Proficiency in Python scripting for test automation and integration purposes.
  • Test Automation Frameworks: Experience with test automation frameworks such as NUnit, MSTest, xUnit, or similar for C#; Pytest or others for Python.
  • SDLC and Agile Methodologies: Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), test lifecycle (STLC), and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., AWS, Docker).
  • Performance and Security Testing: Knowledge of performance and security testing concepts.
  • Database Technologies: Familiarity with database technologies and writing SQL queries.
