Job Title: Test Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Test Analyst. In this position, you will be responsible for testing software products to ensure their quality and functionality.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manual software testing, Agile methodologies, and strong analytical skills. You will work independently or as part of a team to identify test conditions, create and execute detailed test cases, and report defects.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Execution:

  • Create and execute detailed test cases to ensure thorough testing of software products.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the testing lifecycle and share recommendations with the team.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to plan and execute testing activities.
  • Document complex processes and procedures for the benefit of other testers.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of commercial manual software testing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing lifecycle with Agile, Waterfall, and mixed methodologies.
