As a Deputy Manager-Reconciliation and Settlements, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an effective and efficient operating model is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise reconciliation and settlements related activities
  • Process all payments and transactions within pre-set standardized turnaround times
  • Work cross-organizationally and functionally to identify key opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on those opportunities
  • Ensure operational risk is effectively managed and addressed
  • Lead projects related to payments and reconciliation, ensure timely completion and achievement of objectives

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience: Preferably from International Payment Gateways, Fintech, Acquiring settlement and Banks in merchant's settlement and reconciliation experience
  • Years of work experience: Minimum of 5 years of banking experience and proven leader with predominant experience of merchant's settlement and reconciliation of payment Gateways transactions, refunds, cash management and nostro reconciliation, etc.
  • Qualification: Minimum of graduation from a recognized University, Preferred choice will be from the accounting background (B.COM)
