Product Visioneer

We seek a skilled Product Visioneer to drive the execution of our product roadmap.

This pivotal role requires effective liaison between product management and engineering teams, ensuring smooth delivery of high-quality features on time.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating product strategy into actionable backlogs, empowering the development team to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Backlog Management: Create, refine, and prioritize user stories based on product roadmap and business value.
  • Agile Execution: Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure customer-centric outcomes.
  • User Story Creation: Craft clear, concise, and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and dependencies to enable engineers to build solutions with minimal ambiguity.
  • Acceptance & Testing: Review and accept completed work to ensure it meets the definition of done and original requirements before release to QA or production.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate collaboration between engineering, UX/UI, and the broader product team to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks.

Necessary Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or similar roles within B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience working directly with Agile development teams and managing product backlogs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex product requirements into actionable user stories.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset to unblock teams and keep projects moving forward.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science).

  • Experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech) or demand generation spaces.
  • Experience with data-intensive or integration-heavy products.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certifications.
