Operations Management Specialist

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a highly analytical Operations Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Analysis and Reporting: Extract and analyze data from ERP systems, CRM, and operations management software to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
  2. Process Improvement: Assist in reviewing and streamlining existing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
  4. System & Tool Management: Utilize ERP, CRM, or operations management software to extract and analyze data.
  5. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or process management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
