Main Purpose:

Develop a scalable business growth strategy for Reliance Industries Limited's Bulk HSD division by identifying and creating sales opportunities with customers. The primary objective is to achieve set sales and contribution targets while establishing a robust channel network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop the market of Bulk HSD by identifying and creating sales opportunities and achieving assigned sales targets.
  • Contribution Target Achievement: Stay informed about market intelligence, track competing offers, and propose pricing strategies to optimize contribution and meet set targets.
  • Channel Network Development: Establish a strong and sustainable channel network for business growth.
  • Sales Execution: Manage sales, customer relationships, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure full satisfaction.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, commercial, and other groups for seamless business operations.
  • Sales Channel Management: Periodically assess performance and drive improvement.
