Job Title: Creative Visionary

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Visionary to spearhead our video editing, motion graphics, and AI-native workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of edited videos and animations, with expertise in industry tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, and DaVinci Resolve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce high-quality videos across learning, promo, and campaign formats using creative storytelling and visual design skills.
  • Design and animate motion graphics, infographics, and explainer elements to engage audiences.
  • Utilize AI tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, Descript, Synthesia, HeyGen, Kaiber, and Adobe Firefly to enhance workflows and innovate with AI + animation techniques.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design.
  • Strong portfolio of edited videos and animations (explainers, promos, learning content, campaigns).
  • Proficiency in industry tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve (Blender/Cinema4D a plus).
  • Proven hands-on experience with AI tools for video and animation (Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
  • Strong storytelling ability and visual design sense.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Direction/production skills will be an added advantage.
