Job Title: Video Producer Manager

The role of Video Producer Manager is pivotal in overseeing the production and deployment of video content across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong knowledge of video production techniques, equipment, and software, as well as a Bachelor's degree in film or a related field and 5+ years of experience in video production management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine video concepts, scripts, and storyboards
  • Organize and manage the production process, including casting, location scouting, scheduling, and equipment procurement
  • Hire, lead, and collaborate with a team of videographers, editors, sound engineers, and other production professionals
  • Oversight of video shoots, ensuring the creative vision is executed effectively
  • Supervise the editing process, including video and audio editing, color correction, and visual effects
  • Review and approve video drafts at various stages, providing feedback and revisions as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in film or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in video production management
  • Strong knowledge of video production techniques, equipment, and software
