Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives.

  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure optimal solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Participate in technical discussions and present trade-offs to stakeholders
  • Explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to define project plans and processes
  • Communicate project status and structure across teams
  • Maintain project progress on target to meet deadlines
  • Identify potential problems and suggest alternatives based upon cost implications, time constraints, and quality standards
  • Manage day-to-day project progress including risk assessment and problem resolution
  • Conduct project reviews according to process/structure
  • Provide expertise regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop/adapt processes, policies, and workflows
  • Ensure teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver effectively
  • Lead and guide team members to optimum performance levels
Requirements:

Expertise in managing the full project management life cycle for implementing complex IT and business initiatives. Ability to engage with technical stakeholders, explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with executing projects in multiple areas is an added advantage.

  • Deep understanding of functional scope, design, and technology
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, team player with results orientation
  • Ability to work under tight project deadlines
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum [X] years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
  • Proven track record of delivering complex IT and business initiatives
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
