Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Manager to lead our digital initiatives and software solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and efficiency across our operations by overseeing a team of Business Analysts and developing key digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Software Application Management: Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of our IT software applications.
- Digital Transformation Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap that aligns with our business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts/PMs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
- Software Development Lifecycle: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation and drive adoption in the field. Identify, evaluate, and implement new software solutions to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and data analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, marketing, and finance, to understand their needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.
- Project Management: Manage multiple digital projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Process Re-engineering: Analyze and re-engineer existing business processes to leverage technology for automation and efficiency gains.
- Progress Reporting: Regularly report on the progress and impact of digital initiatives to the CIO and other key Executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Industry Certifications: Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the industry landscape and best practices in IT management.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated track record of successful IT strategy development and implementation.
- Minimum Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a technology or business-related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Digital Transformation Experience: Proven experience in successfully managing and delivering digital transformation projects.
- Business Analysis Experience: Experience leading a team of Business Analysts is required.
- Strong Company Culture: Positive scores on employee engagement and satisfaction surveys.
- Professional Growth: Completion of professional development goals for all team members.
- User Adoption: Achievement of user adoption rates within a specified timeframe.
- Collaboration: Regular, well-received progress reports to the CIO and executive team.
- Communication: Timely and clear communication of project milestones and changes to all relevant teams.
