Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

The successful candidate will have expertise in handling day-to-day operational activities, including account opening, onboarding and maintenance, trade execution and reconciliation, client reporting, and compliance support. This requires accurate record-keeping, smooth coordination with custodians and vendors, and timely delivery of client and regulatory requirements while supporting relationship managers with administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling back office operations with proficiency
  • Maintaining attention to detail and efficiently handling multiple tasks
  • Working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Utilizing strong communication skills for effective collaboration

A Bachelor's degree and knowledge of financial products, investment operations, and compliance requirements would be beneficial. Prior experience in a similar role is also preferred.
