Role overview:

We are seeking a skilled and organized Commercial Materials Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring 100% stock replenishment for best sellers in Accessories, maintaining compliance with zero billing errors.

In addition, the successful applicant will manage consumable postings twice a month and raise STOs as required.

Achieving SIT compliance with no delays over 5 days and keeping MBLB under 0.50 Lacs for over 21 days is also a key responsibility.

The chosen candidate will maintain zero defective stock for specified categories and keep Global PI Shrinkage at or below 0.1%.

To ensure 100% compliance with Auto PI and SLOC corrections, track and resolve negative inventory issues.

Other duties include post petty cash expenses monthly and ensure daily EDC batch settlements.

Closing control accounts, paper finance cases, and billing dependencies within defined TATs is also essential.

We are looking for a candidate who can achieve 100% of AOP sales plan and maintain EMI business CC/DC EMI at 30%.

Moreover, managing store operations, demonstrating leadership and entrepreneurial orientation is crucial.

Proper inventory management, shrinkage control, and adherence to merchandising layouts must also be maintained.

Last but not least, logging utility readings, process bills timely, and audit planograms for process compliance are essential tasks.
