We are seeking a skilled Job Lead to oversee the coordination of language teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising Localization Coordinators and ensuring seamless project execution.

You will set clear objectives, communicate expectations, and provide feedback to team members. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery of projects and manage resources effectively.

  • Communicate expectations, goals, and feedback to the group regularly
  • Liaise with the Translator Support team to report linguist pool health and plan for capacity needs
