Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and support of network devices.
  • Deploy SDWAN across territories, maintain configuration, troubleshoot of SDWAN.
  • Coordinate and execute upgrades, patches, and new installations in collaboration with IT infrastructure teams.
  • Maintain Technical documentation.
  • Triage critical incidents, troubleshoot issues and resolve, maintain SLAs, Critical event support ensuring high uptime of Network & Security environment.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 8+ years of hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network devices such as Core & Spine switch, routers, VPN gateways, in Onprem and Cloud deployment.
  • Proficiency in managing network hardware such as routers, switches, wireless controllers, and load balancers.
  • 5+ Years of hand on experience deploying, configuring and managing security devices such as firewalls in On-prem and cloud deployments.
  • Familiarity with any one of cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP, VLANs).
  • Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent are preferred.

Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, intercultural competence, team spirit, communication and cooperation ability, and a high degree of independence.
