**Job Summary:**

As a seasoned Creative Producer, you will oversee the daily production activities of our team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.

The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in production and excellent project management skills.

  • Coordinate and execute daily production tasks, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress from initial brief to final asset delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with all due processes, including documentation, contracts, payments, and internal workflows, while maintaining accurate records and updates.

  • Manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and creative standards.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve any operational issues.

  • Assist in client communications as needed, providing updates and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations.

  • Identify potential delays or issues early, escalating to senior management as required, and implementing corrective actions.

**Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in production, with exposure to project management in creative or agency environments; familiarity with BFSI or Non-BFSI sectors is a plus.

  • Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver projects on time.

  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of production workflows, including creative development, asset creation, and delivery across digital and traditional media.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail in managing processes, documentation, and compliance.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and basic client interactions.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media production, or a related field.
