Quality Excellence Leader

We seek an accomplished Quality Excellence Leader to spearhead all quality initiatives across our value chain.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement production quality processes that meet stringent standards of excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO and industry best practices, fostering a culture of quality excellence.
  • Maintain robust quality control processes, ensuring products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
  • Craft and enforce quality policies, procedures, and controls to drive operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate and optimize supplier performance, ensuring raw materials and components meet established quality standards.
  • Analyze quality control data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct audits, both internal and external, to guarantee compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in quality management, with expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring teams.
