**Job Opportunity:** Lead Accounts Receivable Specialist

As a seasoned professional in accounts receivable, you have the unique opportunity to spearhead our team's efforts in collecting outstanding payments and resolving billing discrepancies. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the order-to-cash process, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate billing practices. Additionally, they will identify and resolve issues related to late payments, AR reconciliations, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the O2C process, guaranteeing accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Proactively identify and resolve billing errors, late payments, and AR reconciliations.
  • Communicate with clients via email and phone to collect overdue payments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Monitor and manage collections in accordance with contract timelines.
  • Generate precise and timely reports for collections.

**Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate degree in Commerce or Finance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.

**Requirements and Expectations:

  • 7-8 years of experience in AR (Billing & Collections) with 2-3 years of people management experience.
  • Strong understanding of e-invoicing, GST, TDS, and GST-TDS compliance.
